RCJ Advice staff can view all data. All RCJ staff are bound by confidentiality.

• help check your CourtNav content. Solicitors from other law firms who volunteer on our rotas may also check individual CourtNav cases.

Organisations we share your data with must store and use your data in line with data protection law.

Any Law clinic that you have given permission for us to share your data with North East Law Centre

When your application is complete, you can submit it to the Court through your MyHMCTS account. If you do so, your data will be protected by HMCTS systems.
